   i convert mvk or avi to mp4 using the original source this shit always drops the audio or picture it sucks .. 🙁 and fix brotha..?

   I'm trying to upload videos from my phone to Movavi Video Editor Plus 2020. The files are in mp4 format and when I upload them, only the audio play. How do I fix this?
