DIY Welcome SIGN
Supplies:
LARGE WOOD PIECE – 12″ X 6′ X 1″ – PINE BOARD(PRE-CUT AT LOWES) – $12
They didn’t need to cut it, I got it right off of the shelf. This wood does not need to be sanded, its already Smooth.
SMALL WOOD PIECES – 1/4″ X2.5″X 12″ and I cut it down to 6″ using my hand saw to make 2 pieces.
General Fishes Stain in Java
Liquid Nails
tape is optional
wood letters – Walmart – $1.97 each
chalk paint – Walmart
Ribbon – dollar tree
flocked pick – dollar tree
hot glue
polyurethane – lowes
Instructions to apply the letters:
I measured and marked where the letters should go on the board. Each letter is 8 inches and I wanted 1 in between each letter so I measured and marked a line every 9 inches from the top to the bottom of the board. I placed my letter on top of each line.

Two things
1. Less liquid nail or so it doesn’t seep out from the sides.
